Reframing During Crises for a Culture of Success--Strategies for Infection Prevention

IHA's infection prevention webinar series kicked off today with our first topic, Infection Prevention State of the State: How to Sustain and Advance Efforts During Challenging Times. IHA members are invited to join us for the remainder of the series as we “get back to the basics" and incorporate lessons learned from the COVID-19 pandemic as we look to the future.

Each month, statewide infection prevention topics will be addressed at the beginning of the month followed by individualized cohort discussions at the end of the month. Cohort assignments will include rural and critical access hospitals, behavioral health, and all others. Discussions will be centered around best practices and challenges as our Indiana colleagues discuss and share their best practices.

Invitations will be shared with organization chief nursing officers, quality improvement directors, and infection prevention staff. We look forward to celebrating Indiana's infection prevention successes while advancing the conversation for future gains.
